Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Apply overflow-x: hidden to element What is the expected behavior? Overflow is hidden along only the horizontal vector. Only the box on the right of the wrapper should disappear when overflow-x: hidden is applied. What went wrong? Overflow is hidden along both horizontal and vertical vectors, even when overflow-y is set to visible. Both boxes disappear. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No Same behavior on all other tested browsers (latest Firefox, Safari, and IE). Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
