v8.browsing_mobile's browse:news:cnn is failing on Android Nexus 5X perf

Revision range first seen: ???? (it's been failing for a long time, and the original revision range spans a huge area due to other infra failures happening at the time)

The last good run I could find was 2bf5d7200067f017046f6e3c0bd327d2bcb39df5, and the first obviously bad run I could find is 9239fe592b449dc79b6845ce6b0ed421f564afbe

Going to disable now, and try to kick off a bisect.


If the test is disabled, please downgrade to Pri-2.

Actually, I'm not going to kick off a bisect. This has been failing for over a month now: I think a bisect is very unlikely to be fruitful. Assigning to mythria@ for further debugging.
