Based on the graph: 8kb of native code, 45kb of .pak

It looks like this increase was probably unexpected or might be avoidable.

Please have a look and either:
* Close as “Won't Fix” with a short justification, or
* Land a revert / fix-up.

One idea here would be to add compress="gzip" to IDR_UASTYLE_MEDIA_CONTROLS_CSS
