Able to reproduce the issue on Mac with latest Chrome stable(61.0.3163.79), Dev(62.0.3202.9) and Canary(63.0.3208.0)

I see similar behavior on previous Chrome stable version as well i.e., 60.0.3112.113

Note : This issue is specific to Mac at least on my machines, given this was only reproducible on one mac machine and other mac which I have doesn't exhibit the issues I am suspecting this is broken or not working as intended on specific GPU's please find the GPU details where I was able to reproduce the issue.

I am tagging all platforms and M62 for now even though I wasn't able to reproduce, since it might happen on Windows and Linux with some GPU configuration. Please correct me if I am wrong and remove other platform labels
