Project Member Reported by irmakk@google.com, Sep 7 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
For better ui experience, the edit button will be hidden while user is still in edit mode.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Currently we disable it. We should hide it.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79 Channel: canary
OS Version:
Flash Version:

Fewer buttons is better.
