Unwanted blink is seen after changing scale factor on Print preview page..

Chrome Version: 63.0.3208.0 5bfe3ad1decdfd840726e31694347e6d973a3f09-refs/heads/master@{#500160}(32/64 bit).
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url and give 'Print' command.
(2) Scroll down the print perview page.
(3) Click on 'More settings' and in 'Scale' text field change the scale size and observe on preview page.
 
Actual: Unwanted blink of image is seen after changing scale factor.

Expected: No such a blink should seen.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-56 build #56.0.2902.0, as the 'Scale' option was introduced in 'Print Preview' from this build.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

The blinking also occurs if you change margins, paper size, or many other options that reload the preview. Looks like the same "print preview reload animation has flickering" issue as  bug 623857 .
