Cannot close certificate viewer if opening more than one

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open 2 pages in different tabs served over SSL 2. Right click -> Inspect -> Security -> View certificate (on both pages) 3. Now try and click OK on both certificate boxes What is the expected behavior? They both close What went wrong? The first box wont close which clicking OK Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Pressing enter does still close the box

I'm able to reproduce this on 10.12.6, but this is all UI, not SSL. Adding team Security-UX since they vaguely deal with UI, but this is probably more for Mac folks to diagnose. I'm guessing our tab-model dialog magic and the macOS certificate viewer don't like each other.

I believe the same problem is seen if you use the new Certificate link in PageInfo; this "bad multiple modals" behavior was previously seen in Issue 712316 .
