Sad tab content does not align

Version: Canary 63.0.3205.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to: chrome://crash

What is the expected result?
Heading and text line up with the left side of the icon and learn more link.

What happens instead?
Heading and content does not line up with the icon or Learn more link. Seems to be indented in by few pixels. Container could have padding.
