Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 60.0.3081.0 (467177)
Bad build: 60.0.3082.0 (467534)

You are probably looking for a change made after 467197 (known good), but no later than 467198 (first known bad).

Note:
1. On Mac 10.12.6, two lines on the trophy are not displayed since M-50 #50.0.2624.0, latest Chrome Stable #61.0.3163.79 and on Canary # 63.0.3212.0.
2. Issue is not reproduced on Ubuntu 14.04.
3. On windows, if the screen is zoomed to 125%, complete line is displayed on the trophy.

NOTE: Tested the issue on 63.0.3212.0 canary using Windows10 and is working fine. But Issue persists on equivalent dev version i.e; 63.0.3212.0 dev

Issue still exists and is very annoying
