Regression: Unwanted focus highlight is seen on radio button of print preview page.

Chrome Version: 63.0.3208.0 5bfe3ad1decdfd840726e31694347e6d973a3f09-refs/heads/master@{#500160}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open NTP and give 'Print' command.
(2) On print preview page LHS, click near to second radio button of 'Pages' 
(3) Observe focus highlight.

Actual: Unwanted focus highlight is seen after clicking near second radio button of 'Pages' which is not properly.

Expected: No such focus highlight should seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-62', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 62.0.3181.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 493436 (known good), but no later than 493437 (first known bad).

This is minor, and the "expected" behavior does not look great either. Removing release block label.

Tested the issue on Latest Chrome Canary# 63.0.3212.0 using Windows, Mac and Linux and could not reproduce the issue. Adding screen cast of the issue.
Hence adding TE-Verified labels.
