Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3208.0 (Official Build)5bfe3ad1decdfd840726e31694347e6d973a3f09-refs/heads/master@{#500160}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10),Mac(10.12.3, 10.12.5,10.11.6)Linux (14.04 LTS). Steps to reproduce: 1)Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools 2)Now go to 'Performance' section and record some activity for 4-5 sec and click on 'Stop' button 3)Now select checkbox for 'memory' option, press tab key until focus reaches to 'GPU memory' and observe. Actual Result: unwanted white space is seen in R.h.s after pressing tab key in performance section. Expected Result:unwanted white space should not be seen in R.h.s after pressing tab key in performance section. This is regression issue broken in 'M-58' and below per-revision bisect result Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 58.0.3027.0(Revision:453801 ). Bad build: 58.0.3028.0 (Revision:454140 ).
