Candidate abnormal for JP vk after switch to Pinyin then switch back

Firmware Google_Link.2695.1.169


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Japanese keyboard
2.Touch any keys, no candidate appears 
3.Switch to Pinyin input method then switch back to Japanese keyboard
4.Touch any keys


ACTUAL RESULTS
Chinese candidates appear, video attached FYI.
