[Media Router UI] Copy/paste does not work in search box

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.59
OS: Mac OS X 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Copy some text to the clipboard
(2) Open the Media Router dialog
(3) Focus the search field and press Cmd-V

What is the expected result?
Text on clipboard is pasted into search box.

What happens instead?
Nothing.  Right-click->Paste works though.

Also, the select all (Cmd-A), Copy (Cmd-C) and Cut (Cmd-X) shortcuts don't work.
