Remove refresh button for FSP and media folders

For file system providers and media folders we show a "refresh" button to reload the folder. The button serves a purpose which is important but it's a unusual concept for a file manager. 

I suggest we remove these buttons and try to provide the functionality by updating the folders automatically if that is possible.

+Weifang WDYT of removing the refresh buttons? Automatically updating the folders is possible (and I think should be how the current behaviour works), but even if we implement that maybe we want the button there as a backup.
