When you go through the OOBE with ChromeVox on, we need to ensure that each time you reach a new window that there is a spoken alert telling you where you are. We need to announce the window title as soon as it appears on the screen. We noticed that when you reach the two step auth page there is no announcement, as one example. Please go through to check that each window has an intuitive title that is spoken aloud when you reach that page. 

Same issue once you get through OOBE and reach the "Howdy, X" screen on the Chromebook with the button to take the tour. You don't hear any verbalization on this screen until you navigate into it with the keyboard. Please add a spoken alert of the window title telling the user where focus is on the screen.
