impossible to watch cookies

Chrome Version       : Version 60.0.3112.113 (Build de développement) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18.2 (64 bits)>

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: no problem ok
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)parameters
(2)advanced parameters
(3) paramètres de contenu /cookies

What is the expected result?

watching cookies of sites and erasing some of then
What happens instead?

it freezes, no Cookie appear
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Impossible to watch cookies with Chromium on Linux Mint 64 bits, no problems with Chrome and Firefox

@jmmuszak--- Could you please provide us the consistent repro steps and screencast for better understanding. And also please try updating your chrome to latest stable M61 #61.0.3163.79 and update us with your observations.

Tested this issue on 60.0.3112.113 and on latest stable 61.0.3163.79 using Ubuntu 14.04 with below steps and is not reproducible.
1.Navigated to chrome://settings >> Clicked on advanced  >> Clicked on content settings
2.Clicked on Cookies >> Able to see the cookies section without any freeze

This issue might be specific to Linux Mint 64 bits,Since we do not have that environment here could some one from MTV team look into this issue.
