Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click a link to a download filetype (such as PDF file).

What is the expected behavior?
There should be an option, disabled by default, to confirm before a file is downloaded.
If enabled, a confirmation dialog would be shown to a user before downloading automatically.

What went wrong?
There is no setting on Android for a confirmation before download.

File starts downloading immediately upon opening the link without any conformation prompt provided to the user.
