Thanks for the report.

Not able to reproduce the issue on Sony Xperia /4.4.4/C6902/ 14.4.1.0.108 using Stable 61.0.3163.81, Beta 61.0.3163.72	

Played videos on https://news.tut.by/, https://m.tvzvezda.ru/ & www.youtube.com without any issues.

Could you please check and let us know if we missed anything from our end.

Testes with Chrome Versions: 61.0.3163.72 && 61.0.3163.83
Able to playback; https://news.tut.by/, https://m.tvzvezda.ru/, www.youtube.com 
Chrome Home: Enabled

Following devices were tested on;

Galaxy Tab 3 lite/4.2.2
Galaxy S Duos/4.2.2
Galaxy S3 Mini/4.1.2

Not able to repro.
