It looks like this is automated now. Should the process that creates the commits be updated to stop referring this bug? It feels like it's just noise for gardeners in its present form.
And is the process monitored in some way so that someone will get notified if it breaks?

Which gardeners are you referring to? I imagine the shift gardener (who is TBR'd) would find the email useful - it's a signal that a PFQ run was successful.
I'm removing everyone cc'd in this bug, and hopefully that helps with the noise.
