Figure out why webkitpy...PythonCheckerTest.test_check fails under swarming |

Issue descriptionIn bug 757067 , I converted the webkitpy tests to run under swarming. For some reasons the python style checker fails on some platforms; we should figure out why (I think it has to do with whether pylint is running correctly or not, but I'm not sure).
