Regression: Panel icons for chrome apps are not supported

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Start any chrome app (Wunderlist e g)
It has chrome round icon on the panel

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Linux Mint 18, Xfce

Did this work before? Yes 60

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.10

This still seems to be working in m62 for whatever WM I have (cinnamon?). Tested both an existing app, and installing a new one. Shows up in shelf and Applications menu.

Matt might know how to poke this further.

Tested the issue on ubuntu 14.04 with windows manager Cinnamon using chrome M61 #61.0.3163.79 and M62 #62.0.3202.9 and issue is not reproduced.

App icons are seen on panels. Attached screenshot for reference.

@MTV Team , Could someone from MTV team look into this , as Linux Mint 18, Xfce is not available with Inhouse team.
