Issue description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
test from site:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
multiple - <input name="test" type="file" multiple/><br />
</body>
</html>
1. select one ore more photo
2. select OK
3. I see the name of the selected file
4. after 4-5sec - crash browser
!!!problem only selected from gallery
xiaomi repmi pro 6.0 MRA58K MIUI 8.6
What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?

without "multiple" - not crash

Thanks for the report. Unable to reproduce the issue on Chrome Stable 61.0.3163.81, Beta 61.0.3163.72,Samsung Galaxy J7 (SM-J710F)/6.0.1/MMB29K Tried with attached file (or https://jsfiddle.net/jhrtpwwa/) Could you please update to latest Chrome and update us with your observations also please provide crash id from chrome://crashes. Note: xiaomi repmi pro 6.0 MRA58K MIUI 8.6 device not available, adding MTV team to check and help.

@igor: Could you please navigate to chrome://crashses, and attach a sample Crash server I'd (Which should contain more than 10 to 20 digits). The Crash I'd which you've attached in the bugs are doesn't provide more information. That would help us in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!!!
