Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.0.1; ALE-L21 Build/HuaweiALE-L21) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.107 Mobile Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start a video call 2. Set up video call 3. Start to talk 4.Debian user does not hear 5.Switch off video 6.Debian user start hear again What is the expected behavior? The expected behaviour is to have two way payload when two parties use video streams What went wrong? In a webrtc video call the Debian 9 user during a video call cannot hear anything. When the other party switch off the video call the Debian user listen to again Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
