Slow tab change

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open some tabs
2. Change tabs

What is the expected behavior?
Fast change

What went wrong?
Slow change

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

UPDATE: With the chrome original theme it's works fine, fast tab change.

 grobercid@ thank you for the bug report and update, Since this is specific to a theme not a chrome bug I am marking the bug as wontfix.
