Regression: Background highlight for search icon is not seen properly on bing.com

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.9 Revision af8baa4f5884a58cb31839507cce2a4a5577f6c6-refs/branch-heads/3202@{#36}(64bit)
OS: Mac(10.11.6,10.12.3,10.12.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to www.bing.com web site
(2) Observe for search icon of search bar.

Actual: Background highlight for search icon is not seen properly i.e. not properly in square.

Expected: Background highlight for search icon should seen properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-62', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 62.0.3166.0
Bad Build: 62.0.3168.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:62.0.3166.0(Revision:489161).
Bad build:62.0.3168.0(Revision:489803).

You are probably looking for a change made after 489557 (known good), but no later than 489558 (first known bad).
