[Missing Tests]: Regression: Tab crash is seen on clicking the maps link in Application section of devtools

Just a heads up :

This bug is marked as a Beta release blocker. We will be promoting M62 to Beta next Thursday (9/14). The last Dev release will be on Tuesday next week (9/12) and we will aim to promote next Tuesday's Dev to Beta on Thursday. Please make sure that this bug is addressed before 9/11 4PM PDT to ensure we can get the fix tested on the last Dev release.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
At this time, I do not know how to reproduce the cache state that triggers the bug (I just know that specific sites cause this state). I have not been able to introduce the test.
