chrome vox always on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help us figure out what's going on by sharing more information on what you see!

1. Could you submit a feedback report (alt + shift + i)?  Put this issue number 762437 in it, and then report back here once you've done so.

2. Are you unable to toggle the setting on the settings page or using ctrl + alt + z?

3. Do you see the black ChromeVox bar at the top of the screen?  Does clicking on the x turn off ChromeVox?

4. If you are able to turn ChromeVox off, does it come back on in some circumstsance?  Please describe the problem in more detail!
