Lighthouse Audit Tests Contents of iframe instead of parenty

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to a page with a youtube video in an iframe. At the time I found this bug, this page had one: https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/
2. Open DevTools>Audits and click Perform an Audit.

What is the expected behavior?
Audits tests the page I'm on, not the page in the iframe.

What went wrong?
Lighthouse tests the embedded iframe page. For the page above it was: https://youtu.be/2vJm1Gfn0ng
