Regression:Image preview is seen small with unnecessary spacing while creating Supervised user |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3163.80/9765.53.0 Beta-Channel Daisy,Minnie OS:Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign In and Sign out ->Click on three dot menu near ADD Person to Create Supervised user (2)In Create supervised user overlay, Observe the image preview Expected:Image preview should be seen with in the required space Actual:Instead,Image preview is seen small with unnecessary spacing Attached Screenshot for reference.. This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 61.0.3147.0/9708.0.0 dev channel Minnie Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

We haven't given this UI the same refresh as the settings and oobe user image UI. We should try to do that asap but M61 is probably too late. First step is for UX to provide some mocks for how they would like this to look.

Fix for this has been merged to 61. However, this UI needs to be updated to match the style of settings UI.
