Builder WebKit Mac10.11 (retina) bot offline

Project Member Reported by tansell@chromium.org, Sep 6 2017

Issue description

It appears the "Builder WebKit Mac10.11 (retina)" at https://luci-milo.appspot.com/buildbot/chromium.webkit/WebKit%20Mac10.11%20%28retina%29/ has been offline for a while.

Any idea why it is offline?

Also, shouldn't someone have been notified about a bot being offline for so long?

Will check on this laptop when I get to the lab.

Offline builder alerts are discussed in crbug.com/694611

The laptop screen was frozen. Nothing notable in the system logs. It's back up now.
It looks like https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/WebKit%20Mac10.11%20%28retina%29/builds/18694 completed successfully so I'm guessing it hung on shutdown again?

Also noticed that it's running 10.12.6 and the builder name is "WebKit Mac10.11 (retina)"

This laptop has been problematic in the past. See crbug.com/757782 crbug.com/755966 crbug.com/755103 . Looks like since it was upgraded to 10.12.6 which was on 08/10 per crbug.com/753510 (which should have upgraded build52-b1 to 10.12.6 but build51-b1 was upgraded by mistake?)

Anyway if this really needs to be 10.11 let me know.

Thanks Peter!. It should be running 10.12; renaming things is just annoyingly hard :(.
