Regression: NTP crashes while performing Audit

Chrome Version: 63.0.3207.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools in NTP
(2)Perform an audit

Expected: NTP should not crash
Actual: NTP Crashes

Crash IDs: 736a59788be4eae3
           11c4bbf247c753d6

This is a Regression issue broken in M-62
Will update other info soon

This issue looks similar to  bug 762385 , hence merging in to it.
