mash: Accessibility large cursor is cut in half

Issue description

Pixel 1 ("link") with ToT chrome r499741 and OS 9914.

* Add --mash to /etc/chrome_dev.conf and start ui
* At login screen, go to system tray, accessibility and turn on large cursor

Cursor is big, but cut in half. Maybe a scale factor issue since link is high DPI?

Only reproduces on device, not linux desktop.
