WebVR fps drops to 40 |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:63.0.3206.0 and ToT dcbe7e7c4a00cfb5673e18f568aa2b9e4169b8e8 OS: Android 7.1.2 userdebug build VR Service: 1.8.163477258 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Start Chrome and open https://webvr.info/samples/03-vr-presentation.html (2) Enter VR (3) Enable remote tracing, and capture 'gpu' category What is the expected result? WebVR fps should be close to 60fps. What happens instead? WebVr fps drops to 40fps.

Lei, do you happen to know when this started happening? Does it happen on the M62 branch?

I think this might have been a site bug, and will be fixed with https://github.com/toji/webvr.info/pull/78

I don't know when this issue started happening, Klaus mentioned he could reproduce it with beta and stable builds, it is probably a site bug.

The fix for the site bug is merged, it should be fixed now assuming you're getting the latest version from webvr.info.
