[autofill] Remove Autofill.Stored{Local|Server}CreditCardCount*

These UMA metrics:

  Autofill.StoredLocalCreditCardCout
  Autofill.StoredServerCreditCardCount.Masked
  Autofill.StoredServerCreditCardCount.Unmasked

were superseded by:

  https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/650806

Once sufficient history has been established with the new metric names, code which generated the above metrics can be deleted and the metrics names deprecated.
