"Choose try jobs" doesn't do anything on mobile

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Chrome/Android, tap "Choose try jobs" link in on a gerrit issue

What is the expected output?

Try job selection dialog opens, I can schedule a try job while on the run.


What do you see instead?

Nothing happens when I tap that link.

Bizarre. I'm not even getting the "Choose try jobs" link to show up at all on https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/615360 when I view it on mobile, even though it shows up properly on desktop.

When I tried this yesterday, it worked. Maybe someone accidentally fixed this?
