Can't add myself as CC and can't +1 to codereview

1. I can upload cls to gerrit and can submit cls. But I can't add myself in the CC field: my email address isn't recognized and it was dropped after I pressed "Save". 

2. My colleagues can add me as reviewer to their cl, but I can't +1 in codereview: there's no button to +1 for me.

Sorry we didn't see this earlier, but this looks like a chrome-infra issue. This may be a matter of group membership (if you haven't resolved it already).
