Screen cannot rotate when browse web by Chrome

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn Auto rotate: ON.
2. Idle screen -> Chrome -> Browse any webpage
3. Rotate phone -> Screen can not rotate

What is the expected behavior?
Screen should rotate when changing from landscape to portrait and vice versa.

What went wrong?
Screen can not rotate while auto rotate feature in ON.

Did this work before? N/A

Appears to be a clank bug, nothing specific to devtools.

ruchi.k@, Tried on Samsung J5 and its working fine as per expected behavior. 

Can you clear data chrome app, check with your steps and let us know are you still seeing the issue?

How to Clear data chrome: Phone Settings- > Applications-> Application Manager- > Search for chrome app and tap on it- > Storage-> Manage Storage-> Clear All Data
