Benchmark results not being uploaded to dashboard

Issue description

We have a benchmark running on Memory Infra Tester bot
[1] https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/testing/buildbot/chromium.android.fyi.json?l=1485
[2] https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.android.fyi/builders/Memory%20Infra%20Tester

But every run there is NOT_UPLOADING_CHART_JSON step with message
Info: Bot is missing perf_id and/or results_url configuration, so not uploading chart json

What should we do to get results visible in https://chromeperf.appspot.com ?

You need to add the 'perf-id' and 'results-url' keys in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/build/scripts/slave/recipe_modules/chromium_tests/chromium_android_fyi.py?q=android_fyi.py&sq=package:chromium&l=180

These are set for perf in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/build/scripts/slave/recipe_modules/chromium_tests/chromium_perf.py?sq=package:chromium&l=120

I can make a CL for it if you want.

Shouldn't this be on the perf FYI waterfall?

Yes, please move this benchmark to contrib/ & enable them on perf FYI waterfall to make it easy for us to manage.
