Folder upload to google drive or chrome

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in to chrome and sing in
2. Enter in drive option and try to upload any folder from android chrome app
3. After selecting folder the come out pop up will only contain file options other than folder

What is the expected behavior?
Should include the folder option there .

What went wrong?
Can't able to upload full folder from file manager in chrome app on drive

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.107  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

As I seen it work on PC but unable to do same in android chrome

Could you please try navigate to the desktop site from Customize and control Google Chrome menu and check are you able to create the folder or not?

Yes I tried everything, desktop view too, but unable to upload full folder

Does this reproduce on Windows? The original bug reporter didn't mention Windows but bug has Windows as one of the OS's. 

Also what is the bug? Only part of the folder is uploaded? None of the folder is uploaded?

Can we bisect this?
