Chrome crashes after right clicking on a subfolder while choosing download location

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to chrome://settings 2. Click Advanced 3. Click on "Location" to choose a new download location 4. Make a new folder (or use a currently existing folder) 5. Right click it What is the expected behavior? A prompt allowing the user to rename or delete said folder What went wrong? Google Chrome crashes, and after being opened again - it warns the user there was an unexpected shutdown. Did this work before?
