Before the 24 august update, most apps worked fine when resized to the chromebook plus screen. Now it crashes. At least 5 of my apps (45) crash now. Plus, now, apps are displayed as a phone whereas before is was displayes as a tablet screen. What went wrong? Don't know, just crashed, no report number, nothing. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 9592.85.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Can you go into Settings -> Play Store -> Android Preferences -> About Device, and enable developer mode, by clicking on the "Build Number" option repeatedly. Once this is done, you can go into Developer Options, then go to the very bottom, and you will find various options like follows: Allow free window sizing by dragging the border Enable free-form resizing for all API level 24+ apps Default size an orientation for pre-Nougat apps, and Nougat non resize-able portrait apps Free resizing of forced orientation apps Try toggling some of those, and I bet you'll be able to get it to work.
