(1) Build and deploy Chrome in Debug or just with dcheck_always_on=true
(2) Log in
(3) Launch Android app (Play Store will do)
(4) Minimize window and expand it back (Takes a few times or some 
amount of waiting beforehand)

What is the expected result?
No crash
