Parser-blocking, cross site

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
www.consumed.nl/:49 A Parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, http://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message.See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.

Tested this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.113 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. After navigating to the site 'http://www.consumed.nl/' observed error saying 'A Parser-blocking'.

Tested the same on older version of chrome M50-50.0.2648.0 and observed different error, attaching screen shot for reference.

Reporter@ Is this issue is used to work before in chrome? Please take a look in to the screen shot and let me know is this is the expected behavior or not?
