A wery big problem.

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the youtube
(2) Click the video link
(3) A video cut of frame is too big, and commants dissapeare sumweare. 

What is the expected result?
Normally showing frame rate size and resolution.

So this is a change in YouTube, not Chrome, and this isn't the place where we deal with this, but I can give a bit of advice from a youtube person:

"It appears you are currently using the new YouTube UI in theater mode. You can leave theater mode by pressing the "Режим перегляду за умовчанням" button on the player in the lower right corner to make the player smaller."
