display:inline-block and word-wrap:break-word break unicode text into 2 lines

Reported by andris.z...@ask.fm, Sep 4 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 60.0.3112.113
OS Version : Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
Other browsers tested:
  Firefox 55.0.2: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attached bengali-text.html.

What is the expected result?

One line of text.

What happens instead of that?

Two lines of text (wrapping seems to have been done prematurely).

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Workaround is to remove/modify either "display:inline-block" or "word-wrap:break-word".

Only similar issue I could find is https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=724445

Issue is reproducible on the reported version 60.0.3112.113 on Ubuntu 14.04

However, it's not reproducible on latest canary 63.0.3206.0 and 61.0.3163.79 on Ubuntu 14.04.

@Reporter: Stable will be moving to M-61 soon and this seems to be working fine there, Could you please check this on latest M-61 from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel and confirm whether it's fixed from your side.

Thanks!

I confirm that it's fixed (not reproducible) in Chrome 61.0.3163.71 (beta). Thanks!
