Able to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100. Observed the accessible rectangles are not highlighted properly on the address bad as seen on IE. Able to reproduce this issue on older version of chrome M50-50.0.2624.0 as well, hence marking it as untriaged. Thanks!

Google Chrome 65.0.3294.2 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: 64-Bit) Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607 Build 14393.1770 NVDA 2017.4 I can also repro this using NVDA and my laptop monitor set in Windows settings to be 350% magnified (also happens at 200%). Screen attached of the NVDA focus rectangle when focus is on the Omnibar.
