||||||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: any OS: Android (similar to the ancient crbug.com/22670 ) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open incognito. (2) Type URL (e.g. amazon.com). (3) Wait until the page loads fully (verify favicon has been loaded in tab switcher). (4) Bookmark the page. (5) Open bookmark manager. What is the expected result? The bookmark should use an icon. What happens instead? The bookmark doesn't have an associated icon.

Just to update, Able to reproduce the issue using #60.0.3112.116 on Android, 8.0.0, Nexus 6P. Observed the bookmark doesn't have the favicon. Same behavior is seen since M58. Thanks!!

This may be related: Bookmarks also don't get the icon in desktop incognito mode, when created by draggiing, as I reported in issue 670989.
