Not clearing history

Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :chrome://history/syncedTabs
Other browsers tested:Duckducksgo.com
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:FAIL
    Firefox:FAIL
         IE:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Clear browsing history
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?
No browsing history left

What happens instead?
Wont allow me to clear it

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
It has a weird symbol saying administrator something

Reporter@ - Thanks for filing the issue...!!

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and mac 10.12.6 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.79 and latest canary #63.0.3207.0.
Could you please provide chrome reported version and the OS in which the issue was reported. Also please check this issue on latest stable #61.0.3163.79 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
