Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. add "fast/scroll-behavior" to third_party/Webkit/LayoutTests/VirtualTestSuites 2. create a folder "scroll-behavior" in third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/virtual/rootlayerscrolls/fast 3. remove line "fast/scroll-behavior/main-frame-scroll.html" in third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/FlagExpectation/root-layer-scrolls 4. run layout test third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests -t Default LayoutTests/virtual/rootlayerscrolls/fast/scroll-behavior/main-frame-scroll.html What is the expected behavior? the values should match for smooth scroll behavior but getting the same values that are set What went wrong? ScrollBehavior value is set to kScrollBehaviorInstant for rootlayerscrolls in ScrollBehaviorStyle() in ScrollableArea.h Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
