Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3029.83
OS: Android NOS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Insert cmcc card ,turn on UPSM .
(2)Make a contact number->end call->view contact.
(3)Press into samsung.com .

What is the expected result?
Page should be loaded.
What happens instead?
Page is always loading.
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

You are running with older chrome version, requesting to update with the latest chrome stable and let us know the behavior.

Please provide us with following information for further triaging.

Does the issue happens only with CMCC card?
What is the device  that you are using?
